Job Description

We are currently looking for Food and Beverage Managers willing to work, live and develop their career in the United Kingdom.

As a Food and Beverage Manager you will have to  supervise all Food and Beverage operations within the resort ensuring a high standard of service and providing a fine dining experience to the resort's guests. You will also be in charge of the day to day running of the department and depositing. You will have the Assistant F&B Manager and F&B Supervisor reporting to you.

Job requirements

  • EU Nationality
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Food hygiene certificate - if not, training can be given
  • Food and beverage management and/ or hotel management qualification advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of supervising staff in a quality restaurant preferable
  • Previous experience of working in a high-quality establishment
  • Good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Eager to help when required

Offer

  • Contract permanent - Full Time - 5 days with about 45 h/week
  • Salary £1,667 up to £1,837 monthly depending on experience (from £20,000 to £22,000 a year).
  • Live in accommodation ca be provided
  • Induction period of 1 month, if required
  • Bonus package: 1 meal per shift if applicable
