We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to work in an Ofsted registered school located in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.

The Employer:
The employer is the largest independent provider of care and education for children and young adults aged between 7 and 25, with more than 200 facilities, Specialist Schools and fostering offices located in England and Wales. This employer has won several awards in the last years for the best quality behavioral health services in the UK.

The School has in placement children and young adults aged between 8 and 18 years old with Asperger’s Syndrome, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviors.

While attending this school, the students receive a personalized transition plan with the purpose of reintegration and start an independent supported living. The curriculum is adapted to the developmental needs of every student, ensuring that they will develop to their full potential.
A key aspect of working in this field is identifying individual needs and being responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Located in Towcaster, Northamptonshire, the school is close to central railway station that link directly to Central London. It is also close to the main attractions, pub and shopping districts of Northamptonshire.

Job requirements:

  • EU Nationality
  • Very good Level of English
  • EU driving licence
  • Good Team player
  • Empathy, compassion, resilience and positive parenting skills are required to help support children and young adults to live independent lives
  • Willingness to learn as training will be provided
  • Passion for working with (vulnerable) children with behavioural problems/challenging behaviour


  • Permanent, full time contract with 40 h/week
  • Competitive Salary depending on experience and qualifications:
    • Hourly Pay Rate – from £8.80
    • Annual Gross Salary from £18,304
    • Monthly Gross Salary from £1,525
