Nurses - Main Requirements:

  • EU nationality
  • EU Nursing Diploma
  • Good English level
  • Good personality and professional attitude
  • Genuine desire to help others
  • Registered in the NMC (PIN Number)
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends

Care Assistants - Main Requirements:

  • EU nationality
  • English level – to a reasonable conversation standard
  • Good personality and professional attitude
  • Genuine desire to help others
  • Physically fit and hardworking
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends


  • Permanent Contract
  • 40h/week, with the possibility to make extra hours up to 48h/week
  • Availability to work in day and night shifts
  • Pay rate:
    • Registered Nurse – 15.00 pounds/hour
    • Senior Registered Nurse – 16.00 pounds/hour
    • Care staff with NVQ/QCF level 2 or below – 7.50 pounds/hour
    • Care staff with NVQ/QCF 3 – 8.20 pounds/hour
    • Care staff with NVQ/QCF 4 – 8.50 pounds/hour
  • Staff may be paid above these rates for relevant skills, experience and length of service.

The employer provides permanent accommodation onsite for staff:
 - Accommodation Charge:
 - Small Bedroom (less than 9.0m2) - £75 per week
 - Large Bedroom (from 9.0m2) -  £125 per week
- Rooms may be shared with one additional person at no extra cost.
- No deposit is required.
- The Accommodation Charge is deducted from pay at the end of each month.
- The Accommodation Charge per room to be paid by one person.
- Children cannot be allowed to stay, due to other staff living in the same house.
- Rooms are subject to availability and to signing a Service Occupancy Agreement.
