Our NHS client based in Bradford is now seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their Diabetes team on a full-time basis.  The Clinical Psychologist in post will be responsible for both holding a small clinical caseload of patients with diabetes, as well as offering training to other non-psychological professionals and advising in best psychological care. The post-holder will assist medical and nursing professionals by introducing them to ACT, health behaviour changes as well as emotional interviewing.  The clinical caseload will consist of patients both recently diagnosed with diabetes, as well as those who are struggling to come to terms with their diagnosis. The Psychologist will ideally have experience working with non-psychological professionals within a health setting before, as well as with ACT and PTSD Frameworks.
