We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join a brigade of 12 in a high volume catering operation in North West London.
The catering department serves around 800 people throughout the day and prides itself in only serving high quality fresh produce.
As Chef De Partie you must have:
- At least 2 years experience in a high volume kitchen
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- NVQ level 1 or 2 or an equivalent qualification
- Level 2 Food Safety certificate
