Your new role
As a E-commerce Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for optimising overall web performance, through engaging content. You will deliver an E-commerce merchandising strategy in alignment with the brand and organisational goals.
You will be responsible for the optimisation of merchandised products through e-marketing channels, in order to increase conversion rate. Further to this, your role will include monitoring feedback and web analytics, in order to understand customer site navigation and improve the site functionality and user experience.
In order to ensure maximal revenue per visit, you will review KPIs in order to identify and implement improvement to increase site engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need a degree in a relevant subject, an analytical background, using Google Analytics and a CIM qualification would be advantageous. Further to this experience within digital merchandising or a similar commercial environment, the successful implementation of site optimisation strategies within e-commerce would be key.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of between £27,000 - £34,000 plus benefits. You will be a key and influential member of the team, working within a digital transformation.
